PAYMENTS AND DATA SECURITY

DM Ties provides you with several "payment methods" that you can choose directly during the purchase process. DM Ties can protect personal data using a certificate of Let's Encrypt SSL. The information exchanged with any website whose address you start for https is encrypted before transmission, using SSL technology. DM Ties will treat your data in the full protection of your rights and in particular your privacy. To ensure the security of your data, please also remind you that credit card transactions are handled through the PAYPAL Safe Server or Popular Bank of Emilia Romagna. DM Ties will therefore not be aware of your credit card information. The PAYPAL website and the Popular Bank of Emilia Romagna, through which transactions take place, meet SSL security standards and the transmission of your credit card data is under their full and exclusive responsibility.

Credit card payments

This payment method allows you to use your credit card by purchasing in total security. This is thanks to the fact that we rely on a leading company in online transactions. All payments you make on our site, in fact, are controlled and managed by STRIPE. We accept all the main credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express).

PayPal payments

Paypal is another absolutely secure online payment method, which will allow you to make the order’s payment by going directly to your account, if you have it, or to use your credit card in an absolutely simple and above all secure way, even if you do not have a Paypal account. Credit card information is processed exclusively by PayPal for the checks necessary to authorize online payment. DM Ties, therefore, will not have access to credit card information, but will only manage the buyer's data (first name, last name, address...) necessary in order to send the products to your home. The economic transaction takes place exclusively between the buyer and PayPal, who subsequently makes the payment to DM Ties.

Payments with Bank Transfer

If you do not have a credit card, you will be able to make a bank transfer to our bank, as follows here are the details:

To reduce the times, please email a copy of the bank transfer (in pdf format) with the order number, to: orders@dmties.com. The order managing, in fact, will begin from the confirmation of the payment receipt. The order will therefore be kept "on hold" until the transfer is received. Please note that, in case of non-payment, within 5 business days of the confirmation date, we will cancel it in order to make the products available again.

Payments in Flag

By choosing this payment method, valid for the Italian territory only, you can pay cash the amount of your order directly to the courier, at the consignment. Such a payment method implicates an additional euro 5.90, which will be calculated and made evident during the purchase process. This surcharge is constant (it does not vary as the order amount changes) and is always due (even for orders of euro 99.00, where the DM Ties offers free delivery).

Amazon Pay

Amazon Pay is a service that allows you to send payments for products and services using the payment methods already associated with your Amazon.it account. To make a payment, you can use one of the methods available in your Amazon.it

Google Pay is a mobile payment system, virtual wallet and online payment platform developed by Google Inc.

Apple Pay - (for Apple devices)

Apple Pay is a mobile, non-instant payment tool created by Apple Inc. which allows you to make contactless payments using an iPhone 6 (and higher) or an Apple Watch (of any generation) in physical stores via the built-in NFC sensor, or you can use it with online payments on websites, such as dmties.it, and apps that also support it via Mac and iPad Air 2 and higher.

BILLING

If you wish to receive the invoice, you must fill out the appropriate fields by specifying Company Name, vat (or your company's identification number, if vat number is not available) and the SDI identifier code (Interchange System) and request it explicitly in the order notes.
